Last week I was talking about what you think a Proper Writer does.
Who they are, what they do, how they live, and especially, what characteristics make them a Writer.
Inside everyone who writes there lives a Stereotypical Writer, and that’s who we were defining with those questions. Knowing your Stereotypical Writer is essential for getting past the difficulties of writing, and making the writing come easier each time you sit down to it.
This week I’m asking another question: Who is your True Inner Writer?
This question takes a little more thought to answer than last week’s exploration of your Stereotypical Writer.
This is because the answer is more deeply hidden.
The more you’ve been blocked from writing, or found writing hard because of your image of the Stereotypical Writer, the more you’ll have to be alert for your own, internal, True Inner Writer. For this reason, I’ve created an audio for you to listen to which will help you to find your unique True Inner Writer.
It’s a short journey to your creative centre, to meet and get to know your True Inner Writer. You’ll need a piece of paper and a pen, and a few minutes quiet time to listen to the audio.
Click here to listen to or download the audio. (It’s 5 minutes 30 seconds long, just so you know)
Let me know how it goes for you, and describe your True Inner Writer for me in the comments.
Enjoy!
